This list is not all possible symptoms. Other less common symptoms have been reported, including gastrointestinal symptoms like nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.
What should I do if I'm experiencing severe symptoms?
If you or a family member are experiencing severe symptoms, please call our office to schedule an appointment with one of our providers. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911.
Why am I being asked for my health insurance information?
If you have insurance, we will try to bill your insurance carrier for the cost of the test. We cannot guarantee that any specific carrier will cover the test in full or in part. We will charge the credit card you provide if your insurance covers none or only part of the cost of the test.
When can I be tested?

Am I required to show ID?
